In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

Access to and use of mc555 is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. mc555 does not permit minors to register, deposit, play, or receive promotional benefits under any circumstances. Age verification may be requested at any time.
• Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. Persons under legal guardianship or those who have been declared legally incapacitated may not use mc555.

Opening or operating multiple Accounts — whether under the same identity, different identities, shared devices, or shared payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated Accounts.
• Jurisdiction: You are solely responsible for verifying that using mc555 is lawful in your jurisdiction. mc555 provides services on an international basis; it is your obligation to comply with the laws applicable to your location.
• Self-Exclusion: Individuals who have previously requested self-exclusion from mc555 or from any other gambling platform under a shared exclusion scheme are not eligible to register or reactivate an Account during any active exclusion period.

To access mc555's real-money services, you must complete the registration process and create a verified Account. By registering, you represent and warrant that:

• All information you provide during registration — including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and payment details — is accurate, complete, and current.
• You will promptly notify mc555 of any changes to your registered information by contacting support at [email protected].

mc555 reserves the right to decline any registration application, suspend any Account, or terminate any Account at its sole discretion, including where mc555 reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms & Conditions, fraudulent conduct, or a risk to the integrity of the Platform.

mc555 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with international anti-money laundering (AML) standards. KYC verification may be required:

• Before processing any withdrawal request, regardless of amount.
• When the cumulative deposit amount on an Account exceeds internal thresholds set by mc555's compliance team.
• At any time mc555 deems verification necessary for compliance, security, or fraud prevention purposes.
• Upon Account reactivation following a self-exclusion period.

Acceptable KYC documents include, but are not limited to:

• Proof of Identity: Government-issued national identity card (KTP), passport, or driver's licence bearing your photograph and date of birth.
• Proof of Address: A bank statement, utility bill, or official correspondence issued within the past 90 days showing your full name and registered residential address.

Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following a request will result in the suspension of withdrawal functionality. mc555 will not be liable for any delays in processing withdrawals that arise from a Player's failure to provide required documentation in a timely manner.

5.1 Deposits. mc555 accepts deposits in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All deposits are credited to your Account wallet in IDR. mc555 does not charge deposit fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose its own transaction charges.

• Minimum deposit amounts are displayed in the cashier section of your Account at the time of deposit.
• Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• mc555 reserves the right to reject or reverse any deposit that cannot be verified as originating from the registered Account holder.

5.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification and the absence of any active wagering requirements on Bonus Funds. Standard processing times are as follows:

• Bank Transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga): Processed within 2 hours under normal operating conditions, subject to the receiving bank's clearing schedule.
• E-Wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja): Processed within 1 hour under normal operating conditions.
• mc555 targets withdrawal completion within the timeframes above but does not guarantee processing times where delays arise from banking infrastructure, public holidays, or compliance review requirements.

5.3 Incomplete or Fraudulent Transactions. mc555 reserves the right to reverse any transaction, suspend withdrawal processing, or close an Account where it identifies or reasonably suspects fraudulent activity, chargeback abuse, or use of stolen payment credentials. Any balance associated with fraudulent deposits will be voided without recourse.

mc555 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible registered players, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spin packages, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions aligned with Indonesian cultural events such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and Independence Day (17 August). All promotions are subject to the following general conditions:

• Wagering Requirements: Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, all Bonus Funds and any winnings generated from Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they become eligible for withdrawal. • Expiry: Bonus Funds and associated wagering requirements expire within the timeframe stated on the promotion. Expired Bonus Funds are removed from the Account without replacement.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, only one bonus may be active on an Account at any time. Claiming a new bonus while an existing bonus has an outstanding wagering requirement will forfeit the previous bonus.
• Bonus Abuse: mc555 employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to multi-Account bonus claiming, low-risk wagering patterns designed solely to meet wagering requirements, and coordinated abuse across groups of players. Accounts found to be abusing bonuses will have their Bonus Funds voided and may be permanently closed.

mc555 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated via the Platform.

All games available on mc555 — including live casino titles from Evolution Gaming, slot games from Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, Habanero, NetEnt, and Microgaming, and sportsbook betting markets — are governed by their individual Game Rules accessible within the game interface or sportsbook section.

• Sportsbook: All sports bets, including football markets covering BRI Liga 1, Timnas Indonesia fixtures, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, AFF Cup (Piala AFF), and mix parlay (accumulator) bets, are settled in accordance with mc555's published sportsbook rules. • Exploiting software bugs, errors, or loopholes in mc555's platform for financial gain. Any winnings arising from a known or suspected exploit are void.
• Colluding with other players or engaging in any form of match-fixing or result manipulation in connection with sportsbook betting.
• Engaging in money laundering or using mc555 to process funds derived from illegal activity.
• Accessing mc555 via a VPN, proxy, or any other method intended to obscure your true geographic location.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing mc555 support staff or other users.

All content on mc555 — including but not limited to the mc555 name, logo, trademarks, website design, graphics, game interfaces, software, text, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of mc555 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use mc555 for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any part of the mc555 platform or its content without prior written consent.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from any mc555 software component.
• Use the mc555 name, logo, or branding in any manner that implies affiliation, endorsement, or partnership without express written authorisation.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• mc555 provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of the Platform or any game available on it.
• mc555 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.
• mc555's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising from these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• mc555 is not liable for failures or delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, banking system downtime, power failures, natural disasters, or government actions.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits mc555's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.

Your use of mc555 is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an Account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the collection, processing, and use of your personal data as described therein.

mc555 collects personal data for the purpose of Account management, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, customer support, and, where you have provided consent, direct marketing communications. We implement industry-standard technical and organisational security measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

mc555 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, mc555 will provide notice via a prominent announcement on the Platform or via email to your registered address at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically. The current version will always be available at mc555.bet/terms-conditions. The "Effective Date" shown at the top of this document indicates when the current version entered into force.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which mc555 is incorporated and licensed, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising between mc555 and a Player that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitration body in mc555's licensing jurisdiction. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English.

Nothing in this clause prevents mc555 from seeking urgent injunctive or interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to protect its legitimate interests.
